David is a Data Analyst at Everside. His Ph.D. in Economics and software/ML engineering background enable him to extract rigorous, actionable insights from complex operational and financial data and communicate them clearly. Previously at the New York State Insurance Fund, he developed scalable data pipelines and deployed machine-learning models across diverse insurance use-cases. He also served as adjunct faculty in econometrics, where he taught model specification, statistical inference, and data-driven policy evaluation.
Earlier in his career, David held roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Payments Strategies group and the American Antitrust Institute, where he worked with administrative, regulatory, and financial datasets; automated survey and fraud-risk workflows; and delivered insight to decision-makers. He began his professional journey in manufacturing systems engineering at Lockheed Martin after earning his BSc in Industrial Systems & Engineering. He is based in New York City.
