Francesco is Vice President and Director of Investments at Everside. Prior to working at Everside, Francesco was an attorney with Legance – Avvociati Associati, a leading Italian law firm, in their Corporate Finance & Capital Markets department. Francesco was actively involved in the structuring and execution of several transactions, including LBO’s, high-yield and corporate bond and loan issuances.
Previously, Francesco worked as a seconded attorney with Natixis in their Corporate & Investment Banking division, focusing on capital markets and leveraged finance transactions.
Francesco grew up in Italy and holds a J.D. cum laude from Bocconi University and has attained an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business. He lives in New York and enjoys art around the city.
