Everside Capital Partners Announces Add-On Investment in Catalis Dental Lab Partners

August 2026

Everside is pleased to announce the closing of its add-on investment in Catalis Dental Lab Partners (“Catalis” or the “Company”) to support the Company’s acquisition of Midwest Dental Arts (“MDA”), a nationally recognized dental laboratory based in Palm Bay, FL. We believe that, following Everside’s initial investment in Pan-Am Dental, which supported the acquisitions of JB Dental Lab and Avaneer Dental Studio, the expanded platform has become one of the most technologically advanced dental lab networks in the country. The combined group was later rebranded as Catalis. For more than 25 years, MDA has specialized in cosmetic, full-mouth implant and other complex restorative cases. The acquisition expands Catalis’s nationwide footprint to 14 locations and further strengthens its digital full-arch and implant capabilities.

Everside is excited to continue supporting Catalis’s growth and believes MDA’s established reputation and digital workflow will complement the Company’s existing platform. To support the acquisition, Everside continued to partner with (i) an Atlanta-based private equity firm, (ii) a Virginia-based Business Development Company (“BDC”), (iii) a Texas-based Small Business Investment Company (“SBIC”) and (iv) a Chicago-based SBIC. This investment reflects Everside’s commitment to supporting its existing portfolio companies through strategic acquisitions that expand their capabilities and geographic reach and support their long-term growth.
