Tom Bernard, Former Global Head of Lehman Brothers Credit Businesses joins Everside Capital Partners as Senior Advisor

New York, NY, June 15, 2017 – Everside Capital Partners, LLC (“Everside”) announced today the addition of Tom Bernard as a Senior Advisor.
We are honored to have Tom Bernard involved as an investor and advisor. Tom has over thirty years of Wall Street experience, amongst them running all of Lehman’s global credit businesses. This makes Tom an invaluable advisor for the Everside team when looking at credit investment opportunities as well as making strategic business decisions. In addition, Tom was the chair or served on various underwriting and investment committees in Lehman’s Fixed Income and Private Equity Divisions and this experience will be an instrumental resource for the growing Everside team. About Tom Bernard
Tom Bernard has successfully ran numerous trading businesses for Salomon Brothers, Kidder Peabody, and Lehman Brothers.
From 1994 to 1999, he managed Lehman Brothers’ Global High Yield business. Mr. Bernard managed all of Lehman Brothers’ Global Credit Businesses, including emerging market and corporate debt, money markets, structured credit trading, high yield and syndicated lending, from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Bernard has also chaired or served on various screening and underwriting committees in Lehman’s Fixed Income and Private Equity Divisions. Prior to Lehman Brothers, he served as the Head of High Yield at Kidder Peabody and before working at Kidder Peabody, he held various senior fixed income positions at Salomon Brothers.
Mr. Bernard holds a B.A., cum laude, in Government from Harvard College. He has served on corporate boards, including the Formula One Group and MarketAxess Holdings. In 2004, Tom and his wife, Sallie, founded Ascendigo Autism Services in Aspen Colorado. He currently serves on the board of Autism Speaks.
