Brian is the SBIC Consultant at Everside. Prior to working at Everside, he was CEO of Lamplighter Financial, a fund administrator specializing in SBICs and other lower-middle-market private equity funds. Brian grew Lamplighter to more than $3B of assets under administration before selling the business.
Previously, Brian was a Vice President and CFO at The Central Valley Fund, an SBIC based in Davis, California. There he managed the day-to-day back-office operations, as well as originated and conducted due diligence on investments.
Brian grew up in Virginia and holds a B.S. in Commerce from University of Virginia, as well as an M.B.A. from UC Davis. He maintains an active CPA license and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. Brian lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and two children.
