Mr. Shackelton is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Coliseum Capital Management. He previously worked at Watershed and Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Shackelton has significant public company investment, turnaround and board experience. He is Chairman of the Providence Service Corporation (and served as interim CEO in 2015).
Currently he is also on the boards of BioScrip, Universal Technical Institute and LazyDays. He was previously Chairman of Rural/Metro Corp, and on the boards of LHC Group, Advanced Emissions and Interstate Hotels & Resorts.
Mr. Shackelton holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University. He is actively involved in multiple non-profit and charitable organizations, including serving as Chairman of the Connecticut Open, and as a trustee for the Walter S. Johnson Foundation and New Haven Community Outreach.
