Hao is a Senior Associate at Everside. Prior to working at Everside, Hao was with Carta Investors as an Associate Fund Controller focusing on delivering financial reporting services for several venture capital funds. Before Carta, Hao was an Associate Director at Gen II Fund Services, one of the largest fund administration firms in the U.S. He was the point person for providing fund administration services related to capital activities and financial reporting for multiple private equity funds. Hao holds an M.S. in Accounting from Queens College and is a NYS CPA. He grew up in China and currently resides in Queens with his wife and child.
