Jason is a Senior Analyst with Everside. Prior to joining the team, Jason was an Analyst with MUFG in their Investment Banking division based in New York, where he was involved in numerous leveraged buyout and dividend recapitalization financing transactions. Prior to MUFG, Jason worked at Société Générale in their Global Markets division based in Zurich, Switzerland, where he specialized in structured products and exotic derivatives sales. Jason also has alternative asset management experience, having been a Summer Analyst for a merger arbitrage hedge fund based in Zurich, Switzerland. Jason holds a B.S in Business Administration from Chapman University.
